Delete your account — DogWalkingHQ

1. Delete from inside the app

If you can sign in to the app, this is the fastest route. Deletion is instant.

Open the DogWalkingHQ app on your phone or tablet.
Tap Settings (the gear icon in the bottom tab bar).
Tap Account.
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm when prompted.

Your data is removed from our servers in the same step. There is no waiting period.

2. What gets deleted

The following data is permanently removed from our servers when you delete your account:

Your account record — email, password, display name and business logo.
All owners, pets and contact details you stored.
All walks, home visits, boarding records and notes.
All photos you attached to walks or pet profiles.
All GPS routes recorded by the app.
All invoices and income records.
All team-member invitations and roles (Pro plan).
All app-side subscription metadata.

Deletion cascades to every related record. There is no "soft delete" or recoverable copy.

3. What we keep

Nothing personal. We retain anonymous server logs (timestamps and error codes, with IP addresses scrubbed) for up to 30 days. These logs are used only to diagnose service issues and cannot be tied back to you once your account is deleted.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by DogWalkingHQ. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To stop being billed, cancel through your store:

iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → DogWalkingHQ → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DogWalkingHQ → Cancel.

5. Can't sign in? Email us instead.

If you have lost access to your account, email support@dogwalkinghq.com from the email address registered on your account. Use the subject line "Delete account".

We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 days of receiving your request and will confirm by reply when it is done.
