How do I get started?
Download DogWalkingHQ from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, then add your first owner and pet. You can use the free tier without entering payment details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not by us.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → DogWalkingHQ → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DogWalkingHQ → Cancel.
Your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account, then open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your owners, pets, walks, notes and photos within 30 days.
If you cannot access the app, email contact us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
How do I export my data?
Email contact us from the address on your account and we will send you a copy of your data within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store and Google Play subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google. Use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund form. If you think something has gone wrong, email us first and we will try to help.
Does the app work offline?
You can log a walk, dictate notes and add photos offline. The app syncs to the cloud automatically when you are back online.
Is the voice dictation private?
Yes. Dictation uses Apple's on-device Speech framework. The audio is not sent to our servers — only the text you save is stored. See our Privacy Policy.
What does the free plan include?
Up to 3 owners, 3 pets, 5 walk notes per month and basic reminders. Good for trying the app or running a very small round.
